Jamie Stedman
I’ve always chased movement and adrenaline — from gymnastics as a kid to high-diving, skateboarding, snowboarding, and skydiving as an adult. Pushing my limits brought incredible experiences, but also plenty of injuries.
After five years teaching skiing and snowboarding internationally and over 17 years of skateboarding experience, including five as a professional, my body eventually called for meaningful recovery. An 18-month Physical rehab programme evolved into a deep, long-term commitment to understanding human movement and healing.
Twelve years later, I help people recover, rebuild, and return to what they love. Most injuries aren’t an ending — they’re the start of a comeback.

About me
With over 12 years of experience and more than 8,500 hours of one-to-one coaching, I deliver a comprehensive range of personal training services. These include in-person coaching, online training, nutritional guidance, and practical wellbeing protocols designed to support real life.
I’ve always enjoyed the social side of life—and that hasn’t changed. Growing up, I couldn’t think of anything worse than going to the gym to follow a rigid push/pull “bro split”… and, honestly, I still can’t.
Exercise has always been important to me, though I took it for granted when I was younger. At 25, I began training seriously to rebuild my body after years of hard falls from skateboarding and snowboarding. Traditional workouts focused purely on getting bigger never appealed to me. Instead, I spent the last 11 years learning how to train in a way that feels good, supports long-term health, and fits around a full, enjoyable life.
My approach prioritises healthy movement, strength, posture, and sustainable habits—without sacrificing the things that make life enjoyable, like good food and a few glasses of wine. This is what I aim to offer my clients. Not everyone wants to train like a bodybuilder, and for most people balancing demanding careers and home life, that approach simply isn’t realistic.
